The UNO Beach House is a historic 100+ year old building that was originally built in Romanesque style as a turn-of-the-century train depot. The solid stone masonry construction is in good structural shape, but most of the 4400 sq. ft. of the interior needs a lot of work. We are planning to make alterations and improvements that will make the house a perfect environment for our future mission teams, sleeping up to 30 people. Here are some of the projects that we are looking for people to come help with:

The UNO Beach House
​
The UNO Beach House offers inexpensive, dorm-style housing to Christian students, adults & mission teams who come to volunteer and minister in NYC.
When available, the UNO Beach House is also used by local church groups for retreats, or visiting missionaries, pastors, & professors, wanting to experience New York City and The Rockaway Beach area.
If you plan a mission trip in New York City and stay at the UNO Beach House, you can be near the beach, minister to international immigrants from all over the world, and enjoy all the sites in New York City......all together, this adds up to a forever memorable missions experience like no other!
